Best running sock
I have trained and ran five marathons with this sock. I tried several more expensive brands and always came back. Never received a blister. They hold up well in the wash and last. Well worth the money to upgrade from cotton. Even if you don’t run long, your feet will thank you. There might be a better sock, but I have not found it.

Best Running Sock
This is absolutely the best running sock out there. They’re nicely padded, very comfortable, and they keep my feet dry even after 15+ miles on the road. They also come in different thicknesses and several styles, so you can order no-show, crew and high-top versions. Be careful to check the sizing before you order to ensure proper fit as these are not one size fits all. Highly recommended.

Great running sock
This sock has consistently performed well for me on long runs while I train for a half-marathon. They stopped me from getting blisters, and keep my feet very comfortable. The cushion is protective, but without being so thick that a larger shoe is necessary. It is very hard for me to find quality size 14 running socks in stores, so I have been pleased to find it here.

My Favorite Training Socks
I am training for the Breast Cancer 3 Day (60 miles) and have worn these socks for my longest training walks, which are now averaging above 10 miles each. I LOVE these socks. I have other blister-resistant socks which do the job, but my feet tend to slide around in those. With these they are secure, which means my feet stay still within my shoes and don’t slide to squish my toes as I walk, and they are incredibly well-padded, so I feel comfy in them. They have a nice moisture-wicking quality as well, so my feet feel as good as possible after a ten mile walk. If you are going to be going the distance, these are the socks to take you there.

Wonderful socks!
These are the most expensive socks I’ve ever purchased or worn, but they are worth every penny! They cushion my feet and when my tiny size 5 feet are exercising, they need every bit of cushioning they can get. If you wear your shoes tight, these socks probably won’t fit, they are very thick. I love them and will be ordering more of them soon. A nice bonus that they generate some donations for breast cancer as well.

Perfect Winter warmers
These socks really keep the heat in your feet without feeling static cling. They feel as if they give you a lift in your step. Like walking on good thick carpet. Purchased these several times, never let down by quality.

Best all around sock
These socks are not thick enough or tall enough for skiing or use with hip waders but are the best for everything else. I wish they would make a bigger thicker woman’s sock. They are by far the most durable socks I have ever owned. I am a bit of a sock freak who lives and works on my feet and have tried almost all kinds of socks. Merino wool might be more comfortable at first but they do not last long at all. You might get a good backpack trip out of a Merino sock but then they start getting thin spots immediately. My Thorlos last and last for years before getting thin spots. To my amazement even when they wear completely through they still hold together well. I have smaller feet am so HAPPY they brought the woman’s size 10 back on the market. Great sock.

super soft socks
Thorlo makes wonderful socks, and these are exceptionally comfortable. They fit snugly, and keep my feet nice and warm. This is a heavy sock so they work well with boots or athletic shoes, but do not work well with dress shoes. Amazon’s prices are competitive, which is good because these are not cheap socks, although I think they are worth the price because they last a long time and stay fluffy after many washings.
